How long will my quote request take?
We aim to return all quoted within 24-48 hours. Where standard stock materials are used the quote turnaround can be a lot quicker.
If you would like to discuss a complex quotation or need a same day turnaround please contact us directly and our team will be ready and waiting to assist with your enquiry.
Do you offer design advice for my product?
We offer technical support in order to achieve a sealing or gasket solution that suits your application. We can also offer basic IP testing, in order to save time for us customers before submitting for official IP approval at a test house. Can you manufacture my product bespoke design?
We specialise in the manufacture of our customers bespoke designs. We can work from any of the below drawing files. We also have the ability to reverse engineer from your samples (There may be a small drawing charge for intricate parts, however our customer advisors will guide you through this process). We also offer a design assistance service in which we can help you design the perfect sealing solution whether its IP65 to IP69 for your product.

Can I open a credit account?
We are more than happy to offer a 30 day credit account to all our customers permitting approval via our banking partner HSBC. Credit limit will be based upon estimated annual spend. We kindly request all new customers pay via proforma on their first invoices.
What are your manufacturing tolerances?
We manufacture most cut components to a tolernace of +/- 0.3mm. We can hwoever offer a tighter tolerance upon request. This is dependent on the material compound and thickness.
Silicone and Rubber extrusions are manufactured to ISO 3302-1: 2014 E3

Can I request a sample?
We aim to provide samples free of charge where avaliable. If the material is one of our stocked lines we can normally offer samples in a 1-3 day turnaround free of charge. Bespoke or specialised and specified material may incuur a small samples cost. To discuss your enquiry please contact(linked) us and one of our expert team will be able to assist you.
What does FR stand for on your material specifications?
Across our industry you may notice the symbol FR against certain material specification sheets. This generally stands for Fire Retardant, however we always recommend enquiring with our team as to the level of fire retardancy offered. If the level offered does not suit your application we will be able to assist you in find the correct specification to suit your application.
What shelf life can I expect from a self-adhesive backed product?
Our experts recommend that once we manufacture your bespoke item that components are applied to their mating products in no more than a 6 month period from date of manufacture. For information on specific grades of self adhesive products you can speak to our team to discuss shelf life and any other requirements.
Can you ship Internationally?
We have many customers based internationally and ship multiple pallets and parcels abroad on a weekly basis. We have good knowledge of documentation required in each territory. Below is some of the countries we currently ship to.

We offer competitive shipping rates or alternatively we can provide you with all the necessary information to arrange your own courier collection.
What are your current carriage costs?
Our standard carriage shipment per box for a 8:00 AM – 18:00 PM delivery is £14.50. We can also offer the option in some areas of pre 12AM deliveries and where required we can also offer a pre 10AM.
Pallets are charged at cost to our customers and are shipped via our carriage partners.

Is there a minimum order value?
We pride ourselves on not enforcing any minimum order quantities or minimum order value and this has been a value we have held since our humble beginnings back in 2004.
Pricing is in line with minimum order values and correlated to specified raw material order values.
