At CW Seals We can manufacture a wide range of silicone rubber products using bespoke or existing tooling in quantities for large or small batch cycles.

Manufacturing and continual development within the silicone rubber extrusion industry has been at the core of C&W Seals business philosophy since the company’s inception. We constantly review our manufacturing techniques and align with partners to ensure we achieve continuous innovation and development techniques.

We work closely with our customers to ensure your requirements are met and fully understood. Our technical experts use their vast experience and knowledge to carry from concept to production through to delivery. We can assist in helping you choose the most suitable material for your application.

We offer minimum batch runs from as little as 10 metres up to 1000s of meters per batch. We can offer extruded profiles and strips in a wide range of material grades with shore hardness’s from 20° Shore A up to 80° Shore A.

We are able to offer your bespoke extrusion or one from our portfolio of dies in all colours. Our highly trained experts have a wealth of knowledge in pigmenting silicones to match either RAL or Pantone numbers.

As standard our profiles and strips are extruded to ISO3302-1:2014 E3 tolerances. Where required we may be able to offer a tighter tolerance.

We have three dedicated profile cutting machines suitable for cutting your extrusion to the desired cut length. Alternatively, your silicone rubber extrusion can be supplied in coils of 25m to 100m (dependant on shape and size).

Cut to Length Silicone Profiles and Joined Rings
We have a selection of in-house cutting equipment, and we can supply silicone profiles cut to any length required. We also have a comprehensive range of joining presses and, we can supply silicone rubber profiles either glued or vulcanised into rings of any size.

Fabricated Silicone Gaskets
As well as being joined into rings, we can join profiles into more complex fabricated gaskets, such as picture frame gaskets. This is achieved through using mitre joined or moulded corners.

Adhesive Backed Silicone Profiles
We can supply silicone rubber profiles complete with adhesive backing tapes applied. Specialist tapes are available on request. Our standard offering of tape is ORABOND 1391PP
