We currently have three profile cutters in our portfolio of machinery, we have ambitious plans to scale this up to 5 machines by 2025 to ensure we are future proofed with the ever-changing technologies and to ensure we continued to offer our valued customers the level of service and quality they deserve.

We can convert profiles and extrusions to a required cut length up to 10m plus. Tolerances vary dependant on the material, shape and cut length. Our trained engineers and sales team will be able to advise and assist you with any tolerances queries.

We can cut profiles and extrusions up to a outer diameter of 20mm using our profile cutters. Due to our wide variety of machinery, we are also able to cut any profiles over 20mm up to a maximum cut length of 1400mm using on our die presses and a specially designed profile cutting die tool.

We pride ourselves on offering a precision cut every time and ensure our machines our serviced and maintained at all times.

Our team are also able to vulcanise/join your profiles, extrusions and strips to your required developed length to manufacture these items into a joined seal or O-ring. (Please see heat joining under our processes).

For bespoke designed extrusions a specific profile cutting die may be required which our sales team will be able to assist you with. All tooling is maintained and cleaned by CW Seals through the lifetime of the product. Round outer diameter profiles can be manufactured using our standard holding of jigs and do not require additional tooling.
