Quality Policy
At C & W Seals the management is committed to continual improvement and meeting their legal obligations. We will drive our improvement initiatives by continually reviewing, and maintaining our quality management system to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 and to provide a toolset for continual improvement. By listening to our customer needs and requirements the sales team will communicate with all interested parties in order to plan to achieve customer satisfaction. When it is within our knowledge and capabilities to do so we will protect our staff, visitors, customers and all other interested parties including neighbours from hazards caused by our actions which may result in a risk to safety, health and the environment. Our focus is on preventive actions rather than reactive. We will respond and react to feedback, concerns and complaints from our customer’s, and interested parties and when required will take actions to prevent recurrence. We will develop a professional relationship with our key suppliers to assure the purchasing of high quality materials to meet our own standards and expectations. C & W Seals realise its most valuable asset is its people and the importance of developing their individual process learning capabilities; this is achieved by effective planning, training, supervision, mentoring and coaching. Effective team work is essential to assure the growth required for the business.
